Daily Accounting: Maintain and update daily books of accounts, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments using Tally Prime (or similar ERP software).
Billing & Dispatch: Generate accurate invoices, manage delivery challans, and create e-way bills for the dispatch of GI and binding wire shipments.
Taxation: Prepare and file monthly GST returns and manage TDS deductions
Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and reconcile supplier and customer ledgers to resolve any discrepancies.
Inventory Tracking: Collaborate with the production team to track raw material purchases and maintain accurate inventory records.
